the function of yoga

this past week i have been asking myself, how does yoga function for me?  seems the key words always seem to be mind/body/soul, but what does that really mean, where do we begin.

take a deep breathe.  now what?  oh ya, exhale.  how do you feel?  what just happened?  what's the function?
